Family Newsletter

Galloway Elementary

Hello Gator Families

Welcome to this week's edition of the Family Newsletter! We're excited to share the latest happenings and updates from our school community to keep you informed and engaged.

House Shirts!

House shirts went home today for all students who were present. If your student was absent the teacher has the shirts. We used the sizes that families chose to place our order. For those who did not complete an order form, we sized the students the best we could. We have very few shirts remaining, so switching shirt sizes will be difficult.

ALL shirts are white because we are ONE FAMILY. However, students can tie-dye their shirts or just color in their house symbol.

Thanks and Giving Food Drive Starts Next Week

We're collecting different items according to house this year.

Yellow House is collecting cereal

Red House is collecting canned goods

Orange House is collecting noodles and mac n cheese

Black House is collecting pancake mix, cornbread mix, and cake and cookie mix

The house that donates the most will win house points.

Let the competition begin!!

Late Arrivals

Please remember that the tardy bell rings at 7:50 a.m.

Students arriving after 7:50 a.m. will be considered tardy, and parents will need to walk their student inside the building to check them in.

For the safety of all students, please do not drop students off at any location if the doors are closed. Once the doors are closed, you must park and walk your student inside the building.

Thank you for helping us keep our Gators safe and ensuring everyone starts the day ready to learn!
