Hello Gator Families

Welcome to this week's edition of the Family Newsletter! We're excited to share the latest happenings and updates from our school community to keep you informed and engaged.

Parent Help Needed

Parents:

Cold weather has arrived. PLEASE put your child's FIRST and LAST name on their jackets and coats. This will help us get lost items back to the correct owners.

Also, their name on lunch boxes, folders, and any other personal items go a long way with assisting us.

Message from School Nurse:

Parents with younger children who bring a change of clothes with them in case of an accident. Please switch out their clothes to long pants. If a student has an accident, we don't want to put them in their shorts that have been previously packed when the weather was warmer.

Holiday Parties

Holiday Parties will be on Friday, December 19th from 11:00-12:15.

Parents wishing to attend will need to have their ids scanned prior to December 19th.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SCAN IDS ON THE DAY OF HOLIDAY PARTIES.

You can pre-scan your id from December 1st- 18th in the front office.

Can't make it to the office? No problem, complete this Google Form

The front office checks our form daily and prints badges. On Fridays, you will get your badge for the Holiday Party

PLEASE KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE.

Have your badge on your shirt for fast entry into the school on December 19th.

** School aged children will not be allowed to attend. Please do not bring them to campus.**

Parent Lunch Schedule

As you're planning to come on campus for parent lunches, please remember to get to campus early. Every parent has to have their ID scanned. This takes time. Coming early will ensure you get your sticker and make it to the cafe when lunch starts.

While eating with your student, we're asking that you're not watching cartoons on your phones. We have games that you can borrow and play.

Tardy bell rings at 7:50

Partial day absences occur from 8:10 a.m to 9:30am

Arrival after 9:30 a.m without valid reason are record as full-day absence

*We have lots of frequently late arrivals. We encourage you to reset for you and your families. Small routines and habits help with being successful during the busy mornings. *
